caffe florCoffee Flor was established in 1984 as an initiative of a group of coffee connoisseurs not satisfied with the quality esistenzi in the market with the one and only intention was to rediscover "the ancient taste of coffee", that taste and smell of a time and with the clear intention the taster to exclaim: "the taste I was looking for."

From this idea part of a 'careful search for the best quality of raw coffee, is "robust" or "arabica" selecting the best companies that could provide raw coffee from the particular qualities of taste and aroma.

Since then coffee are purchased exclusively selected to ensure quality and the absence of foreign bodies which could adversely affect the characteristics of the coffee. The various coffee blends are composed of quality "robust" and "arabica" with a percentage, very high, of the latter variety, from particular areas of production and selected for their quality characteristics.

The coffees are roasted for each type and set aside at least ten days, according to ancient custom, are then mixed together and the mixture obtained is again set aside for another ten days.
This particular finish, now abandoned, allows to obtain a product with characteristics of taste "unique".

It can be said, without presumption, that this coffee, once tasted, can no longer be.
The various mixtures are different, among them, only for the different flavors, maintaining diversity in their quality assurance that distinguish mixtures of "Cafe Flor".
